  • Remove lenses before sleeping, bathing or swimming
  • Lenses can be worn for up to 8 hours, remove after this time
  • Handle lenses gently, do not pick up with fingernails
  • Only rinse your lenses in contact lens solution û water will damage them
  • Only use special lens-friendly eye drops û not all drops are compatible
  • Discard lenses after specified life span – most lenses last 90 days but check packaging
  • Remove lenses immediately if you experience eye pain or irritation
  • Seek medical attention if pain continues
  • Seek medical attention if you cannot remove a lens û go to the nearest eye clinic, optician or doctor immediately

Do Not

  • Share contact lenses with others
  • Wear lenses if your eyes are sore/very red
  • Insert a dried up, dirty or torn lens
  • Wear expired lenses
  • Rinse your lenses in water
  • Wear lenses for longer than 8 hours
  • Sleep, bathe or swim in lenses
  • Wear lenses if you have a serious eye condition
